To get an overview of the functionallity see the HELP file. Megasus is a Bot that runs inside the Irssi SILC/IRC client and is therefor a multi network bot, it is a SILC Bot as well as an IRC Bot.
Megasus is loosely based on the featureset of Infobot, thus it is a Infobot replacement (Infobot can be found in most Perl IRC Channels and is usually named Purl) . If you want to see Megasus in action, have a look at Luusa's Chat Page. Megasus usually idles in the #luusa channel, but you can as well /msg him.
Megasus is more or less bilingual, because parts of it are English and parts are German. The biggest German part is the online help at the moment.
